We love painting our nails, and for both of us buying nail varnishes is a bit of an addiction. For such little expense how can we pass up the chance to buy the perfect shade of peach/navy/mint?? For a while we've steered clear of the floral trend as we thought perhaps it was a little too much - and maybe with a busy floral dress/handbag/accessories it might be(although apparently the matching thing is in now?) But for us, floral nails are perfect with simple dressing, maybe a loose fit perfect chambray summer dress or comfy jeans and a classic polo neck. Just the right amount of flower to add interest to an outfit.
Now, obviously floral nailart looks pretty fiddly, and in some cases is probably best left to the professionals, but with one of these I feel like at least a daisy type design like above might be manageable - I have one of these so will let you know!

And for probably the easiest way to get floral nails, I've just ordered this nail varnish from good old M&S £4, and apparently it has tiny little daisy shaped glitter!! So cute!
