I have to say our lounge is looking a little bare now that the Christmas tree is gone and I think the perfect remedy to this would be to get a beautiful soothing indoor tree. I love the way that adding plants and in particular indoor trees, can quickly and cheaply really breathe new life into your home and interior scheme.

Happy New Year! I think everyone needs a little injection of colour in January and I think the mimosa is the perfect thing. I was browsing through my local Marks and Spencer yesterday and came across this plant. Tiny little bursts of fluffy yellow pompoms, so glorious I haven't stopped thinking about it.

We always love a browse through pinterest - and if we're really honest with ourselves we probably spent far to much time on there! Over the Christmas period Alie got engaged! We're so excited - so expect lots of wedding related posts soon!
